Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made with myVoyago (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). By making a booking with the Company, the client (hereinafter referred to as "the Client") acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined below, without exception.

1. Booking & Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.

  • The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 14 days prior to the travel date.

  • Bookings are not confirmed until full payment is received and a written confirmation is issued by the Company.

  • In the event of non-payment, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking without any liability and retain all amounts paid.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing by the Client.

  • The following charges will apply:

    • More than 30 days before travel: 30% of total package cost

    • 15 to 30 days before travel: 75% of total package cost

    • 14 days or less / No-show: 100% of the total package cost

  • The Company is not obligated to provide refunds for services partially used or unused for any reason.

  • Refunds, if any, are at the sole discretion of the Company and will be processed within 30 business days after deduction of applicable charges and third-party fees.


3. Amendments & Modifications

  • All requests for changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • The Company is not obligated to fulfill change requests and is not liable for any losses due to denied amendments.

  • The Company reserves the right to alter, postpone, or cancel any part of the tour itinerary due to force majeure or any reason beyond its control, with no obligation for compensation or refund.


4. Role of the Company

  • The Company acts solely as an intermediary between the Client and independent third-party service providers including airlines, hotels, transportation companies, and local operators.

  • The Company does not operate or control these services and shall not be held liable for any act, omission, error, injury, loss, damage, delay, or failure caused by any third party or arising from events beyond the Company’s control.


5. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Events

  • The Company shall not be held responsible for any loss, delay, injury, or inconvenience resulting from acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, natural disasters, weather conditions, technical failures, or government actions.

  • In such cases, any additional costs incurred shall be borne entirely by the Client.


6. Travel Documentation

  • It is the sole responsibility of the Client to ensure that all travel documents (passport, visa, health certificates, etc.) are valid and in order prior to travel.

  • The Company shall not be liable for any denial of entry, deportation, or losses due to documentation issues.


7. Insurance

  • Travel insurance is highly recommended and is the sole responsibility of the Client.

  • The Company does not provide insurance and shall not be responsible for any claim, loss, injury, accident, delay, theft, or damage not covered by the Client’s personal travel insurance policy.


8. Client Conduct

  • The Client is expected to behave in a responsible manner and comply with all local laws and regulations.

  • The Company is not liable for any penalties, damages, or expenses resulting from the Client’s misconduct or illegal activities.


9. Special Requests

  • Any special requests (e.g. room preferences, dietary needs) must be communicated at the time of booking.

  • The Company makes no guarantees that such requests will be fulfilled and shall not be liable for unavailability.


10. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • All services provided are on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

  • The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.


11. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company’s total liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by the Client to the Company.

  • Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.


12. Acceptance

  • By confirming a booking, the Client confirms full understanding and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

  • These Terms & Conditions supersede all prior verbal or written agreements or representations.
